Help with Old Dogs And Children...

Hello, can anyone help with the harp keys for this Tom T. Hall song? I
thought it started out with the B-flat harp, but I couldn't get the E note
from the very beginning of the song, and the song changes keys a few times.
Is it chromatic playing? If it is, I haven't any experience.
